For one litre of tea take 10 to 12 g of leaves and pour about 1/4 litre of hot water, best through a sieve. Then shortly shake off the water from the leaves. Now you are ready to brew the tea in a teapot pouring boiling water. Infuse 3 to 5 minutes. You may brew Pu Erh Tea leaves several times.
